Tax Preparation

The ILZ Group prepares federal and state returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, estates and trusts in a single or multi-state enviroment. The Firm also assists clients in the preparation of personal property tax returns, sales tax returns and payroll tax filings.

Representation

The Firm also deals with tax collections and other tax matters involving the determination of the tax due from clients. The ILZ Group represents clients on both the federal and state level - in income, sales and use, and payroll tax audits.
